How do you make slime? Well I will tell you how to.

You will need :

White Glue or Clear Glue

Water

Activator

Things you can add are:

  • Shaving Foam
  • Water
  • Glitter
  • Food Coloring/Paint/Pigment
  • Soft Clay
  • Cornstarch
  • Baby oil
  • Baby powder
  • Hair gel
  • Shower gel
  • Shampoo
  • Floam beads
  • Fish bowl beads/ Slushie beads
  • Instant Snow
  • Foaming hand soap
  • Scents
  • Dish soap

Activator is the thing that makes the glue into slime. Activators you can use are

  1. One cup of warm water and 1 teaspoon of Borax,  mix together until completely dissolved. (until the water is clear with no extra Borax)
  2. Laundry Detergent
  3. Liquid starch
  4. A pinch of baking soda and contact lens solution

I interviewed Madi M.( One of the 6th Graders at WHES) sold slime.

Q: Whats your favorite thing about slime?

A: Its fun to make and play with.

 

Q: How many ounces of slime do you sell? For how much?

A: A bout 4oz. for $3-5  8oz for $6-10

 

Q: How long does it take you to make slime?

A: 10-15 mins.

 

Q: What is your favorite activator?

A: Liquid Starch

 

Q:  What glue do you use?

A: Elmer’s®  White School Glue gallon and Elmer’s® Clear Glue gallon

 

Q: Whats your favorite type of slime to make?

A: Fluffy slime

 

Q:Whats your favorite type of slime to play with?

A: Fluffy slime
