Friday, September 15th was WHES Team Building Day.

Some importance’s of team building day is a fun chance to work on communication, motivation, flexibility, commitment, and passion. Team building day at WHES is about cooperation and working together as a class. Also, everybody has something to offer. (WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?) The importance of team building at our school is respecting each other’s differences and abilities and helping each other. Some group working activities help build up self-esteem. Team building activities ideally have to involve communication teamwork and trust building.

Some other websites that I looked at showed different activities like “Traffic Lights” and “Human Knots”. A human knot is when you hold hands with others and you form a knot that you have to try to work together to get rid of the knot while holding hands. The game “Traffic Lights” is  when somebody calls a color (red, yellow, green) They either move when called green slow down when called yellow or come to a full stop when called red. The first person to get to the other end wins.  (MAYBE SHOW SOME PICTURES FROM THE WEBSITES ABOUT THESE GAMES.)

The activities that we do at WHES are:   FIX THIS SO IT MAKES SENSE.  MAYBE LIST K-3 GAMES THEN LIST 4-6
