The holiest thing in all of India is a special temple called the Golden Temple. The temple was fully made in 1604 in Amritsar Punjab, India. The first Guru who lived in the Golden Temple was Guru Nanak Dev Ji. Unfortunately, Guru Nanak Dev Ji died at age 70 on September 22, 1539 in Kartarpur, India. When the Golden Temple was complete the fifth Guru lived in there is named Guru Granth Sahib. The Golden Temples also have three more names: Harmandar
Construction on the temple began in 1538 and was not completed until 1604 while Guru Granth Sahib was living there. He was the fifth guru to live in the temple. The Golden Temples also have three more names: Harmandar
The Golden Temple also has three more names: Harmandar Sahibit, Darbar Sahibit, and the Gurdwara. The Golden Temple has 750 kg of gold on it. All Gurdwara have a kitchen and a place to eat called Langar Hall. The Golden Temple is where Sikhs worshiped, birth, marriage, and death. Anyone is allowed at the Golden Temple.
There is the three holy trees that where their when the Golden temple was surrounded by the lake now the lake remains because it is full of fish and is a peaceful thing their for people to see. The Golden Temple is an extraordinary place. I wish I could see it right now, but I can’t.
